Account & Login

  • Reset your password — use "Forgot password" on the login screen
  • Email not verified — resend the verification from the login page
  • Account locked or suspended — email support with your username
  • Delete your account — see our Data Deletion page

Billing & Subscriptions

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan from Settings › Subscription
  • Cancel your subscription — cancel anytime from Settings › Subscription; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Mobile billing (iOS/Android) is managed through your App Store or Google Play account
  • For billing disputes or refund requests, email billing@cyberrant.org

Rant AI

  • Rant AI quota resets on the 1st of every month
  • Top-up packs are available from Settings › Usage
  • CLI agent setup instructions are on the Rant AI page
  • If Rant AI is unresponsive, refresh the page or restart the CLI

Mobile App

  • Download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Force-quit and reopen the app if the feed stops loading
  • Push notifications: enable them in your device Settings › Notifications › CyberRant
  • Report a mobile-specific bug by emailing support with your device model and OS version

Reporting & Safety

  • Report a rant — tap the ⋯ menu on any post and select Report
  • Report a user — visit their profile and tap Report
  • Harassment or threats — email safety@cyberrant.org for urgent review
  • Reports are reviewed by the CyberRant moderation team within 48 hours

Bugs & Feedback

  • Found a bug? Email support@cyberrant.org with a description and screenshot
  • Security vulnerability? Email security@cyberrant.org — we respond within 24 hours
  • Feature requests — post them on the platform with the #feedback niche

If you have found a security vulnerability in CyberRant, please disclose it responsibly by emailing security@cyberrant.org. Do not post vulnerability details publicly before we have had a chance to respond. We review all security reports within 24 hours.
